Many of the novels I have read recently have involved a royal family. I thought this was a funny little related piece that expresses how medieval royalty were supposed to be treated.
'Graceling' , by Kirstin Cashore, is a book about questioning leadership and Katsa experiences all types; good, bad, evil and loving leadership. She also questions where her loyalty should lie; to her king an evil leader or to others, more thoughtful and people orientated.
